The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is currently in the process of accepting input from state residents concerning highway upgrades and construction projects within the Commonwealth.
Information is currently being gathered and the KYTC will be accepting commentary until January 15, 2016. Kentucky has a plethora of two-lane rural highways and canvassing the entire state is a difficult process. The goal of the public input request is to help identify trouble spots within the road system and pinpoint the most important repair or upgrade projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for interested parties in the Commonwealth to submit their opinion on known upcoming projects, as well as provide new information concerning the highway system that the KYTC may have overlooked.
